White Balsamic Vinagrette

  • 3/4 cup Frantoio Olive Oil Buy now
  • 3 T white balsamic vinegar Buy now
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed through a press

Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well.

Use on salads and vegetables such as cooked asparagus, broccoli or carrots.

Serving Description: makes approximately 1 cup
