This oil is made in the traditional French manner, roasting the nut before pressing to enhance the very clean, distinct flavor. It is delicious used in a salad dressing (try it with Pomegranate Vinegar!) or drizzled over steamed vegetables, like green beans. Try using it when baking for a sweet, nutty flavor. This oil should be refrigerated once opened and used within 6 months.
