This robust extra virgin olive oil is a blend of four Sicillian olive varieties: Ogliarola Barese, Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara. The flavor profile on this oil is rich, bold and pungent. We love this as a dipping sauce for bread, combined with aged balsamic vinegar and a sprinkling of Italian herbs.
